Privacy
Lines of Us is a brand of Lareys, LLC. This page says what we keep about you, why, who else sees it and when we delete it. Questions go to hello@linesofus.com.
What we keep
- Your email address, and the name and US address the order ships to.
- The photos you upload and what you tell us in the brief, such as names and dates.
- Your gift note, if you write one.
- Your order: what you bought, what it cost, and each step it took. When you approve a preview, ask for a change or cancel, we note the time and your IP address as a record of it.
We never see your card number. Stripe takes the payment and keeps the card details.
Why
Only to make your piece, ship it, and email you about your order. Your photos and your piece are not shown to anyone else or used for anything else without asking you first. We don’t sell your information.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, for the payment.
- Printful, our print partner, gets the print file, the name and address it ships to, and your gift note for the packing slip.
- Resend sends our emails to you.
- Cloudflare runs this website and stores the files.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Your cart is kept in your own browser. On the checkout page, Stripe sets the cookies it needs to prevent fraud. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across sites.
When we delete it
- Photos for an order you don’t finish: after 7 days.
- Your photos: 90 days after your piece ships or is cancelled (for a digital file only, 90 days after you approve it).
- The print file of your piece: 1 year after it ships (or after you approve a digital file), so we can replace a damaged print.
- Order records: as long as the law asks us to keep them for our accounts.

Children
Orders are placed by adults. A parent may send a child’s drawing or photo for a piece; it is kept and deleted as above.
