These are the terms for buying from linesofus.com, run by Lareys, LLC (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to hello@linesofus.com.

Your order

• We ship to US addresses only. Prices are in US dollars and shipping in the US is free.
• When you place an order, we hold the amount on your card. We charge it once you approve your preview, or 6 days after you order, whichever comes first. If your bank’s hold on the card would end sooner, we charge it before the hold ends.
• Each piece is drawn by our artist from your photos and brief. You see a preview in 1–3 days and can approve it or ask for a change.
• If you don’t answer a preview within 72 hours (48 hours from December 1), we take that as an approval and print it.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel free until you approve a piece. Cancelling releases the hold on your card.
• If your card was charged before you approved a piece, you can ask for a full refund of that piece until you approve it.
• Once a piece is approved it is printed for you, so it can’t be cancelled. Damaged or misprinted items are covered by our Returns policy.

Christmas

Orders placed by December 5 are made to arrive before Christmas. Some styles have a limited number of Christmas slots, and the style page says when they are full. Delivery dates are our carriers’ estimates, not a promise.

Your photos

You may only send photos you have the right to use, of people who are happy to be drawn. You keep the rights to your photos and let us use them to make your piece.

The artwork

We keep the copyright in the artwork. Your piece, and a digital file if you buy one, are for your own personal use and as a gift, not for resale.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.
